It’s nearly mid-June, which means you still have a few weeks to taste the deliciousness that A Toute Heure has cooked up for June. Dennis and I were just there Saturday night to enjoy a night out and celebrate our June birthdays. We started with roasted carrots with dill and goat cheese, as well as the tarantaise cheese. Dennis chose the beer-brined chicken for his entree while I went with the catch of the day, flounder. We had a really hard time picking a dessert to share – I would’ve been happy with any of the choices. We finally decided on the smores trifle, which layers brownies, fudge, graham cracker ice cream, and is topped with brûléed marshmallow. Somehow it tastes even more delicious than it sounds. So get over to A Toute Heure and try out their June lunch and dinner menus because July will be here before you know it.
